Umm... well... I don't know if you'll be able to get it published because you're a teenager (nothing wrong with that, I'm one too), so I doubt you've done a whole lot that will be exciting to other people... so a life to remember is out, the aesthetic value of life and of my life sounds kinda... I dunno... cheesy. My life soundtrack sounds wierd, but Dear Belinda Sincerly Me sounds a little better. You might want to consider changing it to something like
"Dear Belinda,
Sincerly Me"
You kind of would need a comma, and it would be better if you formatted it like that. Congrats on actually getting far enough to be able to get a name. I'm writing a fantasy-adventure book, and I've been writing it for almost a year now... and I'm on page 35 =(

Have you actually written this? Pretty good!
I'd say, None of those, they need a little tweaking. Like... maybe cut of some words. "Life SOundtrack", "Aesthetic Value"
