f = c / 300 nm = 10^15 hz

h= one constant I dont feel like looking up
v = freqency

to find freqency its speed of light = wavelength * freqency

the wavelength of ultraviolet light can be looked up

as for the constant just look it up planks constant

speed of light = 3 * 10 ^8 meters per second
