God created men to find women attractive. The difference between a man and a women is that men can get visually stimulated. That doesn't make men bad people. We were created this way. A woman can see a man wearing nothing but boxers and not be turned on, but a woman can be dress modest and still catch a man's attention if she has a nice booty or huge breast.
