APA Style..personal or inpersonal?

okay the problem is I am working on an APA style term paper for U.S. History and after giving history and background about my topic I want to encourage people to do something and be active in their community..in order to do so I want to put a small phrase that a teacher tells me all the time actually there are 2..so the phrase as some simbolism to it. and at my conclusion I want to encourage people to do something..(Be activive in their community)...THE REAL QUESTION IS...ACCORDING TO APA STYLE FORMAT WRITING is it okay.. to put something personal such as "I" "me" "my"???

Are you talking about AP style (Associated Press)? If so, you are talking about a journalism format, which usually does not include the personal terms I, me, or my. To use a quote in the journalistic style, you would give the person's name, their title, then use the quote, something like this: Joe Smith, a geometry teacher at Wolverton High school, likes to say, "It's not what you say but how you say it." Then go on in your paper to explain the quote and tie it into your general subject

confident i prefer them to stay. I certainly have been waiting and arranged for Ron Simmons to try against for as quickly as fairly of exclaiming damn.
