Clean the shell well with warm water, salt, and a gentle brush.

Blot any bleeding with cornstarch.

Swab any injured areas with Betadine Solution (but not iodine, hydrogen peroxide, mechurichrome, etc.) Let dry for a couple hours.

Apply a little antibiotic ointment on deeper holes or scratches.

Once it is dry, you can return the turtle to the habitat.

Repeat daily until you see signs of healing.

Take the turtle to the vets. They need to clean the wounds. Some vets will be able to repair the holes. A great technique for fixing holes in shells is fiberglass, the kind they use to fix holes on cars. You could do that yourself or get someone you know to do it. You can buy the fiberglass and the appoxy used to glue it yourself. Or maybe call an autobody shop, they just might help you. Just make sure you clean out the wounds with an anticeptic first and kill the germs.

I've seen them do this on Animal Planets Emergency Vets.

You could just leave the holes, they will fill in but it will take several years but it won't hurt the turtle. Wild turtles get holes and have no one to patch them.

look for Guava leaves and boil them, soak your turtle in the mixture when it's cooled down, the mixture will heal the holes. I know it sounds like such an ancient practice but it actually works and it's pretty cheap if you can find the leaves. try an oriental store XD

Or go to the vet. but they charge an arm and a leg for that

You really need to take it to the vet because the two holes can become infected. Also your dogs should not be able to access your turtles so that does not happen
