Been married for over 8 years and we both started out as terrible cooks. I never expected my wife to be the "cook" nor do i think its fair that someone imposes that on anyone else.

The plus side is that we got to go to a lot of great restaurants together. These days , my wife does most of the cooking and i do most of the grilling. She does it cause its what she was interested in, not because i told her too.

Weak men are the ones that act the toughest.

I believe my husband loves me despite the fact I'm less-than-stellar as a cook. Though he would prefer that I cook more often and put more effort into it. If I didn't work f.t., I would certainly do so.

I think they care more about good and frequent sex (whatever they deem that to be).

Guys, if this is not the case, then I stand corrected.

Fortunately for me my wife is a great cook. Even if she wasn't, I'd still love her the same.

Yes but she knows how to cook. Wouldn't matter though if she couldn't cook, I still love her.

Cooking is not a big thing that I look for in a girlfriend.....As long as she is honest and admits she can't cook, I would have nothing against her.

I do the cooking!

yeah... she's real lucky that I like to cook...not saying I wouldn't love her.
it's just that we would either go out to eat every night or we would be eating ramen noodles and chips.

I LOVE good food, but I also LOVE to make it! So if my g/f couldn't cook, it would be that much more that I could give/share with her!
