It seems simple-overcompetition for resources so people become miserly and afraid; there is no real freedom when there can't even be the freedom to move across the land. Oops did I sit down on that piece of grass no that's the windowshop of the steakhouse it's not for sitting on . ..no those woods are the buffer for the nuclear power plant don't think of them as a place to walk around. Competitiveness is an abusive energy; practicality considered, you are being outright selfish if you choose competitiveness as your survival strategy

We are living by two perspectives, materialism and spiritualism. The existence of each proves the other incomplete and therefore incorrect visions of reality. The result is a cascade of contradictions we try to amalgamate into civilization by law.

Isn't that what we're trying to get at? We all want to have humanity so that we can fix the problems of inhumanity.

As much as we like to claim our minds as independent, we are all slaves to our humanity, as imperfect and destructive as it may be. One must only look around to see the outcome of our flaws.
