It is perfect as long as no one on the other team reached first base.

A perfect game is 27 batters to the plate and 27 batters without anyone getting on base via a hit, walk, error, or in any other manner. If the game is tied and the same pitcher continues to retire all batters and his team wins the game than it would be an extra inning perfect game. If another pitcher came in and also did not allow anyone to reach base it would be considered a multiple pitcher perfect game.

Yes!
That would be the greatest perfect game ever but it's way too hard because one pitcher would get tired after 12 or 13 innings.

It continues to be a perfect game so as long as the pitcher does not give up a hit or walk. I hate to disagree with the other guy about errors. It is still a perfect game (pitcher) even if a fielder commits an error. It is not a hit if there was an error on the play. He could even get a strikeout but reach on an error or passed ball by the catcher.

Brian:

It is NOT a perfect game as long as someone reaches base, no matter how he gets on. Go to the MLB Hall of Fame site and look up the definition of a "perfect" game. For it to be perfect, there can be NO baserunners.

If someone got on base because of an error then it would be considered a no hitter

Yes - as long as he doesn't allow any baserunners in extra innings.
