Yes, I would definitely do it! I can't even fathom what it must be like to actually see how small we are compared to the universe. What an eye opener!! Also, to experiance weightlessness would certainly be fun. Finally, the views from up there, wow, that would be incredible! The stories would be fantastic, and the images could never be erased!

I'd definitely think twice about it: At our current state of technology, space travel is still quite risky. Is the thrill of a trip to outer space worth perhaps a 1% chance of dying? Especially considering that I expect to live long enough to see space travel become safe, affordable and commonplace?
Having said that, I'd probably go. Being an early space traveler is a heckuva story, and if life has any point at all, surely one of its points is to gather good stories.

oh yeah, we been stuck on earth for far to long, time to reach for the stars. i would do it, go to different planets. live on them, so much rush in that. see aliens, hell yeah.
