When "Ride the Lightening" came out, people were literally frightened by it, cause they had never heard anything like it.
Since then, we have learned from it.
Ask any successful band, why they're successful, and they'l tell you it's Metallica.

I love all of their albums, even St. Anger. It's good music even though they changed a lot. I hate it when someone says they're a true Met fan and then they go talking crap about St. Anger and Lars.
