Being rude and not respecting people, things, and teachers. It was not proper for children to talk openly, when adults were in conversation. It was improper to steal, lie, or cheat. Men had to wear a tie, a hat, and long sleeve shirts. Women could not show their ankles, or cleavage. It was not proper to be out late at night, as in after nine p.m. Spitting was horrible, and divorce was basically unheard of (5% or less). Women stayed at home as the home maker never went to work outside the home, most never finished school. Never a woman voted in as a leader. Swearing was taboo. And going to church on Sunday was a must. Never should a woman appear in public under dressed, even at the beach. It was agony for every one if the United States flag touched the ground. And you never trashed the name or office of the President of the United States. The mentally ill were treated as devils, and were to be hidden, as were the ones with Hansen's disease (leperosy). There is much, much more, but this is just my contribution.

Asking what type of things weren't proper in the 1910's is like asking that about the 1960's. It was a decade of social upheaval particularly for the woman, how they dressed, and their role in society. See for the changes in fashion. http://www.vintageblues.com/history1.htm
The roaring 20's did not appear overnight.

Just because a man has erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation does not or has never made him a bad lover. What makes him a bad lover is when he only thinks of himself when it comes to the relationship and/or having sex. Also, what makes him a bad lover is when he never considers your feelings and wants. A bad lover will always be concerned about orgasms and not caring whether or not the partner's orgasm. It all has to do with psychology.

hmmm, I'd have to ask my grandparents they were born in 1902
Woman could not wear pants, shorts etc. all they were allowed to do was wear dresses. So I guess wearing any of those were not proper.
It was not proper for a woman to work outside her home, she was only allowed to stay home and be a wife and mother.
There are so many things that wern't proper in that century, how many things do you need?

Women did not cut their hair and wore it up when in public. If you were younger you could wear your hair down.
A woman never went out in public unless with an escort. Women were not allowed to vote or hold office.
