Emma Addison does not sound so bad, but it is just not a favorite of mine. The "a" in Emma and the "a" in Addison do run together a bit.

The A ending Emma and the A beginning Addison are awkward to say together. Would suggest Emma Madison but that's even worse, with Ma Ma in the middle of it. How about:

Emma Suzanne
Emma Therese
Emma Kate
Emma Kathleen

I know two sisters who are "Emma and Allison" and that is hard to say. Same with Emma Addison. People might mistake it for Em Madison or something. The little girl I know is Emma Christine. I think that flows well.
