At first I thought it was virgo, but it isnt. The sign you are talking about is Capricorn. Caps are neat, fashionable, and quiet. They come off as cold hearted and they are bit serious.

sounds Capricornish to me, but I don't know jack about this stuff. Emotionally cold (reserved is the way I heard it) critically inclined, aristocratic clean, orderly etc .. these sound like what I've heard. Especially the conservative part.
