1) Foundation - trickiest but L'Oreal True Match has a good display & lots of colors to choose from.

2) Eye shadow - L'Oreal or Revlon

3) Mascara - L'Oreal or Max Factor

4) Lip colors - Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick or Lip Gloss, L'Oreal Juice Tubes. Heard Cover Girl TruShine is good.

5) Blush - just about any brand.

Do they have Rimmel? If I were only allowed to get stuff at Rite Aid, then I'd look for Rimmel

Blonde hair and blue eyes - I'd go for 3 looks
smoky browns
smoky blacks
natural

i would go to a store like sephora or macy's and have them do your makeup for you. then you can get colors, etc. from a pro without haveing to buy anything just yet. Good brands at rite aid are physicians forumla, maybelline, loreal, etc. probably not nyc or wet and wild. some colors that would be cute tho for you are: brown liner/mascara/shadow (makes blue eyes POP, or check the almay color collection for blue eyes) and some bronzer for that summer look

im a makeup artist and i think drugstore brands work really good even though they're well, drugstore brands. i use them for myself too. i love revlon, loreal and nyx the most. good colors.

in my makeup kit for my clients i have:

-loreal hip eyeshadows, pigments, and blushes

-revlon liquid eyeliner (colorstay)

-loreal voluminous mascara
-loread truematch foundations & powders

-all the revlon special editions (lip toppping sparkle, the bitten lip gloss, the diamond shadows, the eyelash bead drops, etc)

-revlon bedroom eyes

- all maybelline eyeshadows, experwear single and duos and quads (they have alot of bold bright colors too- turquoise, green, purples, blues, blacks) works really well and goes on smooth and bold

-maybelline great lash mascara
-maybelline eye pencils & brow bencils

-NYC eyeliner

-NYX (one of my favs) all their shadows, blushes, liners, glosses and lipstick

-nuetrogena foundations

always wash your face, use toner, use moisturizer!!!
and always remove your makeup before you go to sleep.
