Write that you feel at this point in time that you have both the qualifications and the desire. Both of these qualities will ensure that the job will be done both accurately, efficiently and with a great attitude.

This is really an etching question on the chair of Interview but the best possible answer would be something very common and simplistic. Sir I came here to present myself for this position as it is of deep interest to me and the process structure really attracts my attention and interest most of the times. As I feel energetic and enthusiastic towards the job in offer so I feel I would be putting my best efforts ever for the process. This makes me feel I am most suitable and eligible for the Job. Thanks.

Depends on what the job is. Do you have prior experience in that field you are applying for? Everyone says they are hard working and reliable. That's a basic and overused statement.
For example, if you are applying for a job in Accounting and you have a vast knowledge of many computer programs, try saying that you are adept in many areas of computer programs pertaining to Accounting and your knowledge would be a valuable asset for your company.
Hope that helps.

You have the skills, patience, and work ethic. You're a fast learner who enjoys working together with other people.
Something like that... but a little more specific, and in your own words. Depends on what job it is too. Give examples. Good luck!

More than my education and experience, my desire, and determination to excel at whatever challenge is given me propels me to exceed expectations, not just settle with just getting the job done.
