Yes, I have. I agree there is no excuse for it. Why have children if one is not going to take care of them?

I have yes....maybe not wanting to choke the mom though. But there is no excuse. I used to work in a daycare in the infant room and there were 2 little boys ( different families) who always came in stinking so bad. We would bathe them and then put their clothes in the washer and redress them before Mom was due to show back up. Wonder if the mom's ever noticed that these boys always smelled GOOD when they were picked up???

Did you ever see a baby in a dirty baby carriage with dirty toys and dingy clothes or watch a mother drop the babys pacifier on the floor of the subway and use her mouth to clean it off for the baby instead of taking it away as if she didnt have a nasty mouth and her nasty mouth protects the kid from the nasty floor?
I've seen that a LOT and I want to kick their moms in the face.

Yes, also with long dirty nails, crusty nose, and dirt in the creases. Strangling would be too good for those mothers. But then, look at the mother, she's usually not much better.

unless they just changed the baby and you asked to hold the baby. that is a perfectly excuss. because i know for a fact sometimes after i just change my baby he can still stink but if im away from the house or at a friends house im not going to ask them if i can bath my kid at there house that is rude and first of all dont have clean clothes anyhow i just wait till i get home.but it dont happen often so.
