Is it true that black snakes and water moccasins are interbreeding?

In North Carolina.

Lord I hope not....I've never heard that one.....most wild animals don't cross the sub species barrier. A captive animal maybe but not wild....red birds don't mate with blue jays...see what I mean. Again...Lord I hope not...I'll be watching this one
