Did anyone see the news today, where the Walgreen's on 79 N Pulaski was robbed, and it just happens to be the walgreens that you saw on the news was the walgreens right across from my SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now I am scared to go to school, yes I am a senior and I am four days away from graduating from that school
and to make my heart get these scary feelings even more, someone was stabbed at my school, but I heard she was in the hospital I have no further information, I was only told to go to school Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for the rest of this week, because graduation rehearsal is Wednesday and Thursday and caps and gowns will be passed out, so will tickets and other things, now I usually take the yellow bus to BOGAN HIGH SCHOOL with the artistic kids, now when rehearsal is over I have to walk home by myself from school and it takes me about 25 to 30 minutes to walk to school from home whenever I miss the bus, it takes me about 30 minutes to walk to school from home

it takes me about 30 minutes to walk to school from home, I won't be able to take the bus cause
all seniors have to leave the building after 5th period, and I am petrified to be walking by myself
I have friends but I CAN'T COMPLETLY TRUST!!!!!!! but can someone be the ADULT OVER ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and tell me to stop being afraid and do what I HAVE to do because I GRADUATE FRIDAY, I want someone who is old enough to my mother to give me strong advice and really STRONG feedback, I want someone who is in their 80s
or 90s or in their 100s to give me all the advice they want, cause I have ignored bullies who were trying to get to me.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Calm down. I am so sorry to hear about your misfortunes in town, but it is unlikely that you will fall victim to another crime before graduation. Be happy, this is one of the most memorable events in your life.

See if you can find someone to get a ride from, confide in a neighbor or a teacher.....I bet they would be happy to take you home if need be.

It will/you will be fine.

Oh and Congratulations on your Graduation.

It is quite normal to be afraid but don't be paranoid. You are only a few days from graduating. You have worked so hard in order to graduate so you should be excited and happy not paranoid that you will get hurt. If you are that scared then get yourself some pepper spray. Trust me it works, you never know what the future holds so it's better to be prepared then sorry.
