I also do not menstruate and I am 29 years old, the doctors originally thought I had fibroids but turned up nothing.

This sounds like it could be a hormone imbalance. I would recommend a consultation with an endocrinologist (drs who treat diseases and disorders that pertain to hormones) so that they can check for things like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
