Taurus & Gemini..Help...Please!?

Question

My boyfriend (Taurus) and I (Gemini) have been together about 18 months. I fell in love with him after dating 2 months and told him that I loved him. He swore he'd never fall in love again, but he'd be monogamous so everything was swell. About 2 months ago, he confessed his love (awww) for me and I was very happy at first. Now he has totally changed. He is VERY jealous and controlling now. I feel like he watches every move I make. Is this typical behaviour of a taurus or just a jerk?

I am a taurus as well...and I guess we can be a little possesive and possibly even jealous, ok so we can also be slightly controlling. Hello? You can't have a strong, perservering, stubborn personality, without some of those other traits as well.

I think you just need to talk to him and figure out what his problem is. Tauruses are not ones to go into love and relationships lightly...it's not just a fling for us. When we say we love someone, we mean it as much as someone can mean it. So if he has told you he loves you, he's probably just feeling very vunerable and insecure, afraid that now that he has said it, it's real, and you might change your mind.

I know that being jealous and controlling are usually traits of a jerk, I don't think he is doing it in a jerky way. I mean, I doubt he is doing it because he wants to control your every move and doesn't want you to have a personal life or any friends, etc. I bet it is more along the lines of worry on his side. He probably doesn't realize he is doing it. He is just scared that you might change your mind. Like I said, when he finally told you he loved you, he was 100% sure about it. You just need to talk to him. Reassure him, he should get over it soon enough. Notice what he does, to show you that he loves you, that's what he expects in return, as far as signs that you truely love him.

if your only talking about sun signs yes this is very typical behavior for taurus. they are very jealous. & of course you being a gemini your begining to see him like a stick in the mud? gemini love there freedom, even if you choose not to exercise it. none of the air signs like to feel trapped. i advice you talk with him & let him know how you feel. me being a gemini moon & my boyfriend being a taurus moon things get hard for us from time to time. but we always work it out. its been a lil over two years for us now & we are still very much in love. they are very sweet creatures those taurus. good luck!
