It's all a matter of opinion. In some areas, yes, it is very pretty, but some areas are rather ugly.

Probably not. Everyone's "beautiful" is different. I was born and raised in Washington State and now live in Seattle. I have been many places and lived in many different cities. I do keep coming back here. Yes, Seattle is my "beautiful".With the views of the mountains,, Puget Sound and magnificant architecture it doesn't get much better for me!

I haven't been to any European cities, but in the U.S. it definitely is one of the most beautiful. Portland, OR is beautiful too.

In my opinion several European Cities are more beautiful.
Paris and Vienna for example.
