Bad news it sounds like your hard drive has gone for a long walk off a short pier.
There are a few things that could be wrong that perhaps you can check.
If you have the case open and can find the drive make sure all cables are plugged in tight.
If you now how to get into the bios setup you can make sure it is configured for your computer.
In the case of insert system disk it is looking for a 3 1/2 inch floppy or a cd that has the operating system on it so it can start the computer.
Your best bet might be to take it to your local computer shop and have them check it or contact the computer manufacturer and see what they would suggest maybe they can suggest a repair location. Hope this helps, good luck, Roy

This means that your computer has crashed & needs to download the operating system from your master boot disk that came with the computer. It's happened to me a couple of times. It sucks I know.

Check the harddisk->maybe the cable or sth goes wrong with it
Insert a bootdisk and reset a whole HDD
One more thing: can you open other thing instead of my computer?

You may want to find the CD that came with your computer and put it in, as there may be some files that are corrupt or something like that.
