I have a 1988 Chevy C1500 and the brake pedal goes to the floor. I have replaced the back drum shoes and the front disc pads. What's wrong with my brakes? They still work but it is hard to get my truck to stop.

Ok how do you adjust the play in the rear brakes? The master cylinder is full of fluid so it's not that.
