Go to a ace hardware and you'll quickly be greeted by one of their employees. Tell him you want some 'damp rid' or an equivalent. It comes in containers and absorbs the moisture and contains it, cheaply.

Use a wet and dry shop vacuum to extract the water from the cushions. Then put a fan in the door opening and let it dry out.the inside of the truck. If you don't have a shop vac, use towels and set on them soaking the water out.

Open both windows, and stick a fan in one of them.

ADDED:
One of the other answerers said to roll your windows up when it's hot.
That will do no good. Unless you vent the water vapor from the cab, all you'll have is hot water vapor stuck in your truck.

You need it to dry?? When it get hotter roll up all windows and it will dry very good. When that happens go to auto zone and get some shampoo and clean your seat covers and you will be set. Hope this helps

roll open all the windows, use fan's and extension cords! that's what I'd do!
