none if you follow my advice. if it was only a little water start the motor let it warm up then change your oil and filter even if it is not due to be changed. if it was a cup of water or more drain it now put in new oil and change the filter. you will probably need to do this again in a week or two. from your question i can't tell how much water or your driving habits, driving conditions, city or country. if your oil starts to look milky, change it, even three times. it is normal for a farm truck or tractor to draw moisture into the motor while it sits idle during the winter this won't hurt anything if you remember that oil is lighter than water. in the spring after that moisture has gotten into the crankcase all you have to do is take out the plug and drain the oil, when all of the water runs out and the oil starts coming out you put the plug back in and warm up the motor and change the oil, even if it is not due to be changed. if you didn't get that go back to the top of this page and read it again. best of luck, and try not to mix water and oil, scott.

Just drain it straight away, put in new oil and run it up to temperature. Any left over water will evaporate.

Don't run it. Drain it out and and run oil through it a couple of times, and change it.

it will only wash down your cylinder walls and they won't have lubrication and your engine will seize up eventually.
