Look for something to live for!!! Life can be a gaping void or it could be wonderful. Surround yourself with people who love you!

Give up 100% of your worldly possesions. Start with giving them to your family. Then other charities you may fancy (Local Church, Dumb Friends, Big Brothers & Sisters, Hospices, Salvation Army, etc)
Find someone and give them 100% of your time & services. This could be your parents, wife, childreen, siblings, neighbors, or a complete stranger. Don't plan your agenda, but be completly obedient to them NO MATTER WHAT!!! Don't ask for water, food, or ANYTHING, but rather wait for the gifts of your master or others who may take pitty upon you.

You have your own mind, body and soul. That should be worth enough to live for. If you can't find happiness with others, or even "things", live for yourself. It is your life and no one elses, and eventually you'll find things to live for if you try to be the best YOU you can be. Good luck and always have faith in yourself.

You need to let someone you trust know how you are feeling. You may want to talk to a counselor. Everything is confidential, and you may come to some resolution about what makes your life meaningful.

Make others happy, in the process it will transfer to you. volunteer at a hospital, old folks home, animal shelter or a school. This will bring you joy and it will show you are needed by people in the world who need people too.
