There may be a difference but probably not. The gearing and weight will determine the speed and the carb and exhaust will determine power. The only way to tell is try them out , or try to find the specs. 6 cc is not much of a displacement factor.

STATE OF TUNE....
I had a 250cc RD LC .. topspeed 110MPH . 1/4 mile in under 13 seconds.. it had boysen reeds, micron chambers.,was bored & ported & polished...good fun..
I also had a 650cc LS.. topspeed 80 MPH.. 1/4 mile in about 15 seconds. had a bucket full of torque....would climb up the side of a house in top gear...
so its horses for courses... size dosnt always matter..
but as a generalization... "NOTHING BEATS CUBES"

That little size difference wont makle any noticable difference.

uhh to small to tell its like to chinese guys arguing over who has the bigger pee pee. under 250 cc's what does it matter
