As for the mole; it's up to you whether it's bothering you or getting worse.

If you're concerned about aesthetics (how it looks) then there is no great need to have it cut off unless you want to

As far as it turning serious keep an eye on it and if it gets bigger (the mole that is, not the penis) or changes colour (the mole again) then it needs to be looked at by a doctor who will probably remove it

If it's not bothering you then it's probably not worth the effort to have it removed. It might be a good idea to keep an eye on it though, because sometimes if the mole changes or looks weird, it could be a sign of skin cancer. If you're worried, have a dermatologist look at it, but in most cases it's nothing to be worried about.

Get some cryogenic lasers kinda costly yet they hire them for a pair hundred greenbacks on the dermatologist workplace, I had one bumped off and that i swear the commonplace practitioner walked in pronounced "turn" I felt some thing chilly and he became into long gone much less then one minute according to possibility 40 5 seconds. Everytime he has to pee it may desire to value him 600 greenbacks. Duck tape eliminate warts (no no longer in the way you're thinking) look it up.

If it gets irritated or irritates you, consider removing it. If it just sorta sits there and you rarely think about it, don't worry about it. But always check up on it to make sure it doesn't get bigger/discolored. You wouldn't want cancer now would you?

Why should you have this removed? Is it bothering you, or anyone else? If it is bothersome to you, then yes go ahead, but who is going to be looking that closely at it, except for you? If it bothers you, then go ahead, but otherwise, head on....no pun intended. ;-)

If your concerned about cancer, don't be. A mole cannot turn cancerous by being rubbed.

You need to see a doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.
