It is not possible without major hardware hacks, though you can easily hack the software on it. It doesn't have a usb port by the looks of it here: http://wiki.openwrt.org/OpenWrtDocs/Hardware/Netgear/WGT624
If you want to get loads more features have a look at http://openwrt.org/ that can be installed on the router, to give it a major functionality boost.
The only other option would be to get a nas and plug it in to one of the network ports, something like the thecus nas. Basically a nas is an external harddrive with a network port instead of a usb port.
