The Diary of Anne Frank...?

Question

I have to do a power point presention on the Diary of Anne Frank. We have to have a slide for each character of the diary. When I got to Mrs. Frank, I had no idea what to write. Any answer is greatly appreciated, and thanks so mcuh!!!!!! =)

I had to do one of those too!! I put that she seemed very nervous, didn't like fights, and always tried to change the subject if she thought it might cause a fuss, but even the calmest of people have their breaking points. That should help ^_^

You can find info on Anne Frank's father on the Internet or in the library. He survived the camps, wrote at least one book and did a lot of public speaking. He actually edited Anne's diary for publication. I don't know if he changed facts or just corrected her spelling and grammar. She was, after all, a young teen just entering puberty when she went into hiding with her family. Anne's father lived for decades after the War. He is a very interesting character. Do a little research online. In my opinion, it's a shame so little is known about him. If you don't want to or don't have time to do the research, Anne DOES speak about him in her diary. Good luck on the power point presentation. I took two courses on how to do it, and I still can't figure it out!

well you could put her shoes on your feet. think about it. you have children and the whole country wants them dead you could write on how she might of felt. Her daughter can not learn she can not really date have children have her freedom and Mrs. Frank could not really help her daughter at all. All parents want to help their children when they are in trouble im sure she felt helpless bc she could not help her own daughter. You know Mrs Frank remebered how it used to be before the nazi's you maybe able to talk about that too. She did not know if her daugter would live or die. You can go this route bc i dont think Anne wrote much on her mom. so i think its safe to go this way because its common knowlege that all parents fear for their children when they are free and bc of that situation you can only imagine what went through Ms. Frank's mind
