The first American Pie was hilarious.
Van Wilder was good, but I think first American Pie was better, so it gets my vote.
Although Fast Times at Ridgemont High is the all-time classic winner.

Fast Times at Ridgemont High. For those young ones out there, it came out in the eighties, but it set the standard for every film of it's genre, and is still better than any movie of similar content.
