i like the 67-68 i think it is a cleaner look..
i like the 67's they have wing windows and no marker lights
69 is the same car with a bunch of junk tacked on it
put the same motor trans and rear end in them take them to a drag strip and you will find the 68 is the fastest
it is lighter than the 67 and the 69
and much better than the 69 aerodynamically
the wings scoops and spoilers hurt performance
69 is like a pretty girl, with way too much make up on !

I would have to say the 1969 Camaro. Why? Because not only does it look a lot better than the '68, but it also has A LOT more power than the 1968 Camaro. I hope this helps you some.

Myself, I'm partial to the 69's--had a 1969 SS 427 4 speed that I restored over a couple of years...previous owner use to race it off season at Road America and got busted for it---had to sell to pay the fine and I got there 5 minutes before the next guy...lucky me. Always loved the look of the 69 versus 67-68----friend of mine in high school had a neighbor with a triple black Z28 that was just knock-out gorgeous. Black interior, paint and vinyl roof, spoiler, Houndstooth interior, wood steering wheel, 302, 4 speed---just awesome. I was struck right when I saw it. Years later, I got mine and restored it. Was impossible to keep the tires from breaking loose in any gear. Wanted to swap out the block for a ZL1 clone aluminum engine but couldn't swing the dough....did get the fiber optic light indicators, cowl induction setup and this was a time before Yearone and these other companies were around---you had to try to order NOS parts or locate them at dealers or junk yards. Got pretty good at picking yards and swap meets. Luckily, I was working at a Chev dealer in parts dept. and got all my parts at 10 over cost and I bought a lot. Plus all the old parts books helped me find the rare options for it. Almost picked up a set of chambered exhaust and rear disc brakes for it. If you get the chance to hear one of them running, I highly recommend it.
To me, 69 was the epitome of the 1st gen Camaro's and all the options that were available. Wish I had mine back...

same body style....but to me, the 69 is just like the ultimate expression of the 60's Camaro look...everything is refined to a series of beautiful muscular curves....like a volumptous woman....the 68 looks like a rougher older sister...she has a few more pounds and wears glasses...you never see her in a dress ..but the 69 , is like Halle Berry ...she looks stunning even in jeans...you see the 69 Camaro untouched...it's like GM was really given divine inspiration....The 59 through 67 Impalas are like that, too...it's like each year, those guys kept refining that car until it was simply a musclehead wet dream...the Chevelles, Novas, and even Monte Carlos are the same way...some of the best cars ever produced....fairly cheap, easy to modify, and with so much aftermarket....the 1969 Camaro SS with a 427 cid V-8 is one of my dream cars ...Carolina blue with tangerine orange Rally Stripes....White leather interior....Tremec 5 speed upgrade...Vortech supercharger, Edelbrock heads, Flow Master dual exhaust with 4 inch Chrome pipes, and 18 inch Torq Thrust II's with Goodyear Eagle rubber...Yessir!!!!!....American Musclehead 4 Life!!

69 by far the better looking of the two. WAY better than the 67. BUT IMHO you ruin the looks if you get hidden headlamps, much nicer with exposed headlamps like the Z28. Here compare:
