At Maggie's Scrapbooking in Clarkston, MI - we do a lot of brown bag books for birthday parties - have you tried the Tombow MONO glue? It is really sticky! Good luck!

If you have a Xyron machine, run the pictures through the machine using the cartridge that applies the archival type of adhesive to the back of the photos. This adhesive won't damage the photos. If you don't have the machine, keep looking at the sale fliers from Michael's and A.C.Moores. They always have a 40% off coupon. If you do a lot of crafts and scrapbooking, you will find this machine a good investment.

Are you backing the pictures before you put them on the paper bag? I use photo splits to affix the scrapbook paper and then the photos into the album.

Use a dotto product, either the tape runner or the sheets. Give the back of the photo good coverage.

The Xyron dot runner is the best, bar none. It's orange and refillable. (NOT the stamper, which has the same refills, but the runner.)
