i swear i saw that on tv somewhere but i can't seem to find it online. it was a little slot on the side and no one ever knew it was there. inside was just a picture or something super little.
help?

There are these collectible pennies that contain little slot (unseen to those who didn't expect it there) and it had a tiny picture of president Lincoln on it. I'm wanting to say there were only 3 that exist in the world and they are worth millions and only one was owned by someone, the other two were supposedly still circulating around. I saw that years ago on the Discovery channel.

my dad collects pennies......i've NEVER heard that befor. maybe at one time someone in history hid something in a penny but i find that very unlikely.

uh no. I really don't think that happened in US currency. Maybe it was a coin that wasn't minted by the government.
