Its normal to gain weight, pop one more out then go on a diet, no use on dieting before you get pregnant, you'll just get fat again.

You should def try to get your weight under control now 1) so that you feel better and don't have so much pain and 2) it is easier to control weight gain during your next pregnancy. I gained about 50 lbs with my son who is now 9 and I was just starting to get my weight under control when I found out I was preg again. I have been very conscious about what I have been eating making sure not to starve my self and making sure I am getting everything that my body needs so that I have a healthy baby. I am now 7 and 1/2 mo. preg and have only gained 10 lbs. It is hard work but it will be well worth it in the end. Also make sure to get plenty of exercise, don't over do it but it will also make a huge diff.

Talk to your doctor. Losing weight isn't just about exercise, but is more about diet. You have to take in less calories than you expend a day. I've seen patients lose weight just eating less and not exercising at all. Less red meat, more chicken, more fish, less frying or fry in canola oil, more vegetables, more fruit, more yogurt as snacks. Then try to exercise within your limitations. You're more wiser on not gaining so much weight with another pregnancy, so you should gain only the recommended 25 pounds. My cousin gained 76 pounds with her first pregnancy and lost about 40 pounds (over 2 years). She's now pregnant again but she said she's much more conscious about gaining weight this time and she's trying to eat more small, healthier meals than 3 meals a day. She's almost 7 months and has gained about 15 pounds.

don't get pg until you get the chronic pain and weight under control, it will be hard to get by while pregnant and you will be unable to take meds for the pain. Having a baby is wonderful, but you have to think about the needs of you current child, as well as your ability to care for a future child. If you were to get pregnant, suffer through a difficult pregnancy and birth, and come out of it all is worse health with a shortened lifespan it would be a selfish choice.

I gained around 80 lbs when I was pregnant with my daughter.I had really bad back pain and high blood pressure. It took me about a year to take off the weight.I did supplements ,exercise and meal replacements.See your doctor before you try to conceive again. You want to make sure that you are healthy enough to carry a baby to term.He/she may suggest that you try to lose 40-50 lbs prior to trying to conceive. This will make up for any pregnancy gain.Good luck and take care of yourself.Best wishes!

don't starve your self but do fallow a health diet and even if you walk 15min or more a day that will help you a lot. I have lots 35lb in 4mon just by walking and eating healthy. then you can do the same when you do get pg

soups can be both filling and comforting try making a garden or bean soup with low salt broth and store in portion sized cups for later
