Yes - you don't have to have sex on ovulation day - it just increases your chances of getting pregnant. Generally the few days before ovulation and the one day after are ideal times to try.

The best times to try to conceive is to have sex the 2 days, day before, day of and day after one ovulates.
So, it's possible sshe could get pregnant based on the sex she had the day before ovulation, but it would be tricky if she didn't actually have sex on the day of ovulation.

It is possible to get pregnant anytime. It's just that the chances are much higher during the ovulation period. So yes. If they're trying to conceive, their chances will be greater during ovulation. But trying on anyday is still FUN!

Those should have been her most fertile days, so her chances are good. I've read that if each person is healthy and normal, and they have sex at the right time, the woman has a 25% chance of getting pregnant.

sure. Sperm live in the body for a few days after sex, so she could get pregnant a day or two after sex.

Yes. Those sperm were probably more than happy to wait that short amount of time until she ovulated.
