When i was 13 i had an Ovarian Cyst, the pain was unbelievable, so had to get my left Ovary removed. I've now been with my partner for 2 years and have been trying for a baby for roughly a year now but dont seem to suceed in falling pregnant. Is it possible that me having the Ovarian Cyst can stop me from falling pregnant

since you only have one ovary you are only ovulating half the time, see a gyno and make sure you are ovulating, they can start you on meds to stimulate the remaining ovary

You need to get with your OBGYN so they can test to see if you are O.
They will run blood test. Good Luck.
