the REAL mohawk is rarely seen, (shaved sides and spiked)
lame imatations have been created, such as the faux hawk, it is very polular (and very ugly) it is totaly accepted . . .real mohawks arent seen as often, but they wont turn head as quicly as they did a while ago, mohawks have kind of lost there punk rock edge, faux hawks are all the rage, but i personally cant stand them. mohawks just arent what they used to be. . . tragic, really

Yes, and mohawks are awesome, i prefer the smaller mowhawks than the huge ones.

Yes they indeed are becoming more popular and accpeted being that not all of them are 10 inches straight off the head in a multitude of colors
