I have no idea where I heard this from, but is it true that former bassist Matt Watcher is now in Angels & Airwaves??

Actually, you are right! Following the departure of Ryan Sinn from the band Angels & Airwaves, on 23rd April 2007, Wachter has joined the band in Sinn's place on their current tour. He was later confirmed as a bandmember, and will be working with Angels & Airwaves on their second album entitled I-Empire.
