i had sex two months ago and i got my period last month and this month it has lasted 10 days and was very clotty i took a test a few days ago it said negitive is it possible to be pregnnt and still get such a heavy clotty period?

Anything is possible, but I would say it's very unlikely that you are pregnant. Go see a doctor, that's really the only way you will know for sure. No one here on yahoo answers can tell you if you are pregnant or not. Good luck.

Have you recently changed your birth control method or just gone off the pill? This can screw things up. The clotting wouldn't be good if you were pregnant...this would usually mean a miscarriage. If you had a normal period the month before..you probably aren't. You might want to get checked out though if you are worried. Also I have heard that bleeding does interfere with pregnancy tests. I'd check with your doc if you are having funny periods.

There's nothing wrong with having an occassional irregular period. If the pregnancy test was negative then you're not pregnant.

No, you don't get periods while you are pregnant. You may want to get yourself checked out by a doctor though.

I wouldn't think that your pregnant. If your really worried make a dr's appointment with your gyno and they can do a blood test. They will be able to tell you.

You've had 2 periods, one of which was complete with clots & was heavy, you are not pregnant.

ur period flushes out unfertilzed egges so since ur on ur period ur not pregnant

Probably not.
Getting your period is usually the first sign that you are NOT pregnant.
