This statement only means that whatever is done in Vegas should not be told outside of Vegas. If you have a child in Vegas then you had to have already been impregnated before you went to Vegas meaning everyone already knows. If you live in Vegas and then have a baby in Vegas...WHY LEAVE?

oh man. I've seen videos of people robbing a casino in Vegas. That obviously didn't stay there. Just leave your Elvis suit at home. Don't leave with it.
