If I fart while wearing a spacesuit will it Stink?

Since the chemicals still exist in the emmision and if your nose is working properly, then yes, it would stink, assuming the emmision could reach you nose.

Space Suits are designed with several air inlets and several air outlets (or returns, if you will). The torso return outlet is fed to a large impurity and moisture filter screen which prevent those impurities from reaching the air pressurization and circulation system.
The whole apparatus works rather nicely in fact.
