He's still living in the past, he has no real power without the unified power of the house (or whatever they call it there) He would like to berate the U.S. and be the top dog but, Russia is a has been. We have to be careful with what they had, and whatever happen to it.They've lied so much they still can't be trusted.
I think the people are fed up with their government and would put a halt on any action they would take. There Armies are still six months to a year behind in paying, they have something like a 60% AWOL problem. When they were in Afghanistan they would have to send three divisions there in order to have one make it.
