Yes, we recycle, we use compact fluorescent bulbs, keep the lights off when we can, avoid using the air conditioner, keep the heat low and wear sweaters in the winter, don't drive more than we have to, we compost, donate unwanted items to charity so they can be reused, shop at thrift stores, garage sales and estate sales, don't water the grass and cut it long, keep the water heater turned down lower, keep the car's tires inflated properly to save gas, and I'm sure there is more, but this is what I can think of now!

Recycle aluminum, plastic and newsprint.
At the health club I swim at, turn the showers off in the section I'm in when water is being wasted due to lazy people who keep them going after they leave. Bet they don't do that at home & I tell members the next membership hike due to the outrageous water bill (along with a valuable resource going down the drain).

We recycle most everything that we can, also use the new comp flour. light bulb's, We have huge rain barrels to catch the run off from the roof and I use that water in the old fashion wringer washer to wash clothes and I hang everything out to dry. We also have a few solar panels for back up or for times when we want to use them, that was well worth my hubbys time, We also have a mulch pile that we use for flower beds and our garden and such and we use the old fashion push mower... Always trying to think of ways to make things better for the world we all live in.... They need to teach more to the children in school and really get it installed to them just how important it is....

you are able to easily recycle with the intention to shield factors. some human beings evaluate recycling in basic terms to be cardboard, paper, glass, plastic and so forth yet many human beings do no longer understand there are a number of different products that are nevertheless stable and can be used via somebody else . I relatively have heard that argument time after time so i ultimately desperate to handle it and function created a internet site which i'm hoping to deliver those human beings jointly with the intention to cut back that stuff it relatively is overfilling our landfills. examine it out sometime if your attracted to recycling products which you probably did no longer think of have been recyclable.

yes, my lightbulbs are mostly the low energy flourescent ones, my appliances are all energy savers. I turn off lights that arent' being used, unplug things that aren't in use. I recycle cans, bottles, plastics and I don't eat out that much so I don't have extra paper containers to toss.
