Weather doesnt play a HUGE role. A cell preforms osmosis- this is when it takes in water from outside the cell - when too much salt enters the body a cell osmosis -es salt into the cell causing this cell to dry out. Also, sunlight causes the body to heat up - to cool our body we produce sweat in order to cool our body to make sweat we our releasing water and therefor need to consume more liquids to rehygerate our cells.
