I am buying a laptop and I have to choose between the Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 with a memory bandwidth of 12.8Gb/s vs the GeForce Go 7400 with a bandwidth of 7.2Gb/s? This property is the only one that determine which card is better?

Nvidia Geforce go 7400 thats what i got and others told me to get that cuz its great

Go with the nVidia, for 1 simple reason: The intel is not a card.
I got a laptop with the intel GMA. All that does is eat up processor cycles and RAM by making your laptop's motherboard the card. Go with the nvidia, as it is simply an actual card.

the nvida casue its dedicated and does not take away from system memory and can run games, unlike the intel which is integrated onto the motherboard
