If you're squinting your eyes, gritting your teeth, your face turning red, with drool coming out the side of your mouth, shaking uncontrollably, and you keep muttering to yourself, "f*ck, f*ck,f*ck!!!!!!!!"
Yeah. I think that might be a sign.

Are you crying a lot? Do you feel like you want to break everything in sight? Do you feel like you want to scream from the top of your lungs? Are you shaking uncontrollably because you're so angry...or even light-headed? Have you totally had enough of life and you don't know what to do?
If you answered yes to any of these, there's a chance that you could be heading for a nervous breakdown.

security issues, i can get post traumatic if I can't find something and i need to be on my way and doing other things!! most things would be about security or trust issues coming from the people who were close to me, family wise. sometimes when my boyfriend is too pushy and hogs every opportunity to speak or cut me off I'd feel uneasy and anxious trying to get a word in, which is what I used to feel at home with those relatives who'd messed with me. All of the above things used to set me up to be really upset or give me massive head pains. I try not to have nervous breakdowns because no one really cares when I'm like that anyways, plus even my boyfriend becomes more stressful and annoying and i just end up stressing myself out. once my boyfriend is reacting to what I'm going through, it becomes unbearable. he outbeats me as drama queen. I'm down to the point of attempting to have damage control, even if it means seeming like i dont give a shht. aries sun, taurus moon, pisces rising. so far from all the answers it seems like the moon sign shows what would cause a person to get upset

Well are you talking back to the voices in your head? crying uncontrollably? lying beneath your desk in the fetal position? I have done all of those things and I am still sane. I think you are having a breakdown when you don't bounce back from bad days and you end up wandering the streets arguing with yourself. Chin Up it's almost 430 here.

The fact that you're asking denotes that you are most certainly not having a nervous breakdown.
If you lapse into catatonia and are unresponsive to any stimuli and cry uncontrollably then more than likely you are experiencing a nervous breakdown.

If you find LeRoy attractive and you are sober, you can call that a good sign.
