I am not sure whether global warming is only man-made or we are contributing to speed up the process.

since we know that green house gases are the major cause towards global warming, reduction in the level of CO2 & other gases should be the first step
reduce use of fossil fuels (already the warning signals are flashing, because the sources are getting exhausted ).
Stop cutting trees ; Grow more trees
take initiative; organise groups to work towards the cause. 5,June is the ideal day beause it coincides with
World Environment Day .
Have a good start.

This earth of ours has done a pretty good job of taking care of itself for what, about 4.5 billion years now, so I don't think that "Mother" earth needs much help from us puny humans, and any one who thinks that he can make a difference as to what happens on this huge planet that we happen to be on, because of anything he does needs to eat a little humble pie.

The average worldwide human lifespan is now what, about 64 years?? So in 64 yrars everyone who is presently alive on this planet will be gone and replaced by someone else. That's what about 2 billion people?

How many of those 2 billion people will "Mother" earth be responsible for killing...she got about 300,000 of us with just one Tsunami.

I'm loving global warming...I like warm weather and don't want to have to move to Florida or Arizona when I get old. I would rather have them move here to stay cool.
When the glaciers all melt we will have lots more fresh water, and I hate glaciers anyway, they are cold and serve no purpose whatsoever.

When the CO2 content of the air increases all the plant life on this planet will thrive, and with all the added rainfall we will have due to all the added moisture in the warmer air we can probably grow 2 or more crops per year. Lots more food for all.

So embrace global warming all you people out there, for you will all be better off on a warmer Earth

The earth is self-correcting.
If it gets too warm, steam will create more clouds and precipitation. The cloud will cool the shaded ground. The next summer season will bring late snow that will stay on the colder ground without melting. The snow and ice will reflect back sunlight, causing the planet to cool rapidly and fall back into another ice-age. The heck with global warming, start stocking up on wool socks and ski jackets!!

the earth needs no saving thankyouverymuch. Why don't you just tell Al Gore to quit trying to squeeze money out of people by scaring them.
Global warming has happened before and it will happen again and humans don't have much to do with it.

And the retard above who says we should avoid bonfires... now that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I'll start a bonfire tonight in honor of that stupid statement.

If we invest in enough air conditioners, we can keep the Earth cool. If we can find a way to make the ozone block the sun's rays like we were promised it would, instead of trapping the heat like they say it is, then we can make it cold again.

If we can just find a way to bring the solar clock back to give us another ice age like science promised in the 70's, then we'd be in good shape :)

The harder question is how do we stop Mars' global warming

It warms my soul to ascertain maximum of folk who care with regard to the ambience recently. This planet might heat with or devoid individuals yet for now this is warming and we are on it and we can save attempting to do each and every thing we can to make it an relaxing place to be even however the contrarians will nevertheless be around saying we would desire to continuously in basic terms take and not supply back. possibly this is in basic terms too complicated for them to understand - ok, this is like this - permit say there is just one 12 %. of bud lite left in the international and you drink one then you definately purely have 11 then you definately drink yet another and yet another till at last they are all long previous then what? not greater of what you adore, surprising? properly replace "12 %." with "wholesome environment" and you will get it.
