My 10 year old daughter has an answer for you:

Air
A swirling mist of new awakening
The swirling breeze on your wisps of hair
Crisp on your face
You fly away
Beyond the fabric of time
As golden stars shine
Weaving through trees,
The silent stranger whispers words of comfort into your ear.
Recline.
Let the air envelope you
In an eternal sleep.

Well an imagery poem "appeals to the senses" so write it descriptively, think about the senses and how the place/object feels or what you can hear.

Here you go, mate- don't ever let poetry make you desperate:

Skating on A Winter Pond

Smooth is the glass on which I glide,
My reflection dulled by winter's unforgiving breath.
My blades of burnished hope slice through the calm
Attacking the surface with indignant grace-
SWISH SWISH
The music in my ears drowns out my pounding heart.
Everything is here.
