Help I have a commercial no tank toilet in my apt.?

Now it wont flush and the lever feels loose It is not clogged but for some reason water will not flow through it It makes a sound as if air is in the pipes. please help me and let me know how I may if possible service it myself thanks!!!

No tank toilets have a flush valve. On the side that the pipe comes out of the wall there should be a hex cap. Under the cap is a screw slot. Turn it clockwise until it stops. This turns off the water supply. Now you can disassemble the valve. There is a plunger on the end of the handle. Chances are it is broken.
